Individual Therapy

We believe that individual therapy is a key component of secure functioning relationships and overall mental health. In an individual therapeutic context you work privately one on one with a therapist to discuss symptoms, history, successes, failures, hopes and along the way discover unanswered questions and uncover new insights. You and your experience are both unique and informed by cultural and historical norms and individual therapy can help you make sense of what can be changed, what should be accepted and how to better function in daily life and relationships.
