At the Chicago Center for Relational Health (CCRH) we believe that access to psychotherapy is an integral part of overall health which is why we proudly accept insurance for our services.

How Insurance Works

When you choose to use insurance for our services it means that a claim will be sent to your insurance company detailing the procedure and diagnosis so that it can be covered as a medical service. What happens after that depends on your particular plan and is subject to deductibles, copays and benefits outlined in your plan. Usually using insurance means that at least some of the charge will be covered which makes accessing our services more affordable.

insurance companies we work with

All of our clinicians are In-Network providers for Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO and Choice PPO plans. This means that if you have one of those plans and see one of our therapists you will have access to your In-Network benefits and coverage. Even if your plan is from a different state, as long as it is a BCBS PPO plan then we are considered In-Network.

Three members of our staff, Roseann Martarano, Ron Pestana and Devorah Silberstein, are also In-Network providers with Medicare plans.

For all other insurance companies we are happy to do the necessary paperwork and submit claims on your behalf but we would be considered Out of Network Providers.

fees

Our fees range from $100 - $175 per session depending on length and the provider you see. We can provide lower and reduced rates on a case by case basis depending on the individual financial situation of the client and other variables such as anticipated length of treatment and appointment time. We will do our best to work with all clients and will make appropriate referrals when we are not able to provide services.

Being able to use my insurance to see a therapist at CCRH made it so much easier and more affordable than therapy has been in the past.
